We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Procurement Specialist to join our client's team in a hybrid role based in Ohio. As an SAP Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize existing procurement processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Configure and maintain SAP and Ariba modules, including but not limited to Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Management.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing management of procurement systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement processes with other business functions.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess performance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on procurement systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Procurement, with a strong background in purchasing, compliance, and auditing.
  • Proven expertise in SAP and Ariba configurations, including master data management, workflow setup, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in SAP Procurement or Ariba.
  • Experience with procurement analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
