About the job Oracle EBS - Financials Expert
Our client, a dynamic and innovative organization, seeks a highly skilled Oracle EBS - Financials Expert to join their team. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid work model with limited travel requirements. Must be currently in the US and eligible to work without sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contributor to the finance team, leveraging in-depth expertise in Oracle EBS R12 to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions within the Oracle EBS Financials module.
- Configure, customize and maintain Oracle EBS Financials modules to align with business processes and objectives.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of system capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs.
- Stay current with Oracle EBS Financials advancements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Financials modules.
- Strong techno-functional background, combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of financial processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective system solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
