Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.
  • Possess a deep understanding of ERP technologies and business processes.
  • Guide teams in the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Conduct regular project status reviews and progress reports.
  • Manage project scope and change requests.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in ERP project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in consulting environments is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP technologies (preferably Oracle)
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus.
