Sr. Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our ERP initiatives. You will be responsible for leading complex projects, designing innovative solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and strategic direction.
• Design and develop robust and scalable ERP solutions, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Leverage your deep understanding of Oracle technologies and financial or SCM business processes to deliver optimal solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, driving innovation and process optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP integration, implementation and consulting
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and teams
• Strong understanding of Oracle technologies (e.g., EBS, Cloud ERP)
• Deep knowledge of financial or SCM business processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Oracle certifications (OCP or OCE)
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Cloud ERP)
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
