Senior .NET Developer/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using the latest .NET technologies. Your expertise in architecture, problem-solving, and leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance .NET applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
• Proven experience as a .NET Architect, with a deep understanding of design patterns and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in modern .NET technologies including .NET MAUI, Blazor, and Azure Cloud Services.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including database design and optimization.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
