About the Role:

As a Sourcing Partner at Northeading Technologies, you will be the engine that fuels our recruitment efforts, identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our clients. You will play a crucial role in building our candidate pipeline and ensuring we have access to the best IT and Engineering professionals in North America. This role is all about finding the right candidates for the right opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including: 1. Online job boards and resume databases. 2. Professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn). 3. Social media platforms. 4. Industry-specific communities and forums. 5. Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques. 6. Internal database and CRM. 7. Referrals and networking
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to target specific skill sets and experience levels.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Qualify candidates based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand client requirements and job specifications.
  • Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate information within our ATS/CRM.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market conditions.
  • Network and build relationships with potential candidates to expand our talent pool.
  • Continuously explore new and innovative sourcing methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing IT and Engineering talent across US/Canada.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and job requirements within these domains.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
