FINNISH -SPEAKING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – SALES ADS

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive for Sales Ads Direct, you will be the main point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses looking to grow through our client's advertising platform. Through proactive prospecting and by converting BDR-qualified leads, you will present tailored advertising strategies, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth by turning prospects into long-term advertising partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively identify, research, and prospect high-potential SMB accounts through outbound outreach — cold calls, emails, and BDR-qualified leads

- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure

- Present tailored advertising strategies aligned to clients' specific marketing objectives, including solutions such as Promoted Pins, Shopping Ads, and Video Ads

- Build and expand a portfolio of SMB advertising clients, ensuring long-term relationships and consistent revenue growth

- Turn client data and insights into compelling narratives that demonstrate platform value

- Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce — opportunities, activities, and revenue forecasts

- Collaborate with the BDR team to improve lead quality and alignment on target accounts

REQUIREMENTS

- C2 level of Finnish and C1 level of English — written and spoken

- Previous experience in digital advertising sales or B2B account management is strongly desirable

- Proven ability to self-prospect, build pipeline independently, and confidently pitch, negotiate, and close deals with business decision-makers

- Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting alongside managing an existing client portfolio

- Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), customer data analysis, and pipeline management

- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Pinterest Ads, Meta, Google Ads or similar) is a strong plus

- Clear and confident communicator, able to present complex solutions simply and compellingly

- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with a consistent track record of hitting revenue targets
