About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an innovative Digital Wallet project. This role is perfect for Dutch-speaking candidates interested in fintech and digital solutions, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with a structured onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries related to digital wallet services and transactions
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic technical skills and ability to navigate digital platforms
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
Contract & Training Details
- Contract type: Fixed-term (CDD) – 6 months
- Training: 1 month on-site in Lisbon (mandatory)
- Accommodation support available during training (€280 contribution) for candidates already living in Portugal
