About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an innovative Digital Wallet project. This role is perfect for Dutch-speaking candidates interested in fintech and digital solutions, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with a structured onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with inquiries related to digital wallet services and transactions
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic technical skills and ability to navigate digital platforms
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

Contract & Training Details

  • Contract type: Fixed-term (CDD) – 6 months
  • Training: 1 month on-site in Lisbon (mandatory)
  • Accommodation support available during training (€280 contribution) for candidates already living in Portugal
