ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a leading international BPO company supporting a well-known global client. We are looking for motivated Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing remote team based in Portugal.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate clearly in both Danish and English
• Solve customer issues while ensuring excellent service standards
• Work independently in a remote setup while staying aligned with team goals

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Valid documentation according to legal requirements

DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have ONE of the following:

• EU ID, OR
• Residence card, OR
• Manifestação de Interesse, OR
• Valid Type D Work Visa + AIMA appointment scheduled + NIF, OR
• Expired Type D Work Visa + completed AIMA appointment + NIF

NISS is preferred but not mandatory (support can be provided).
