ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Polish-speaking Customer Advisor, you will deliver first-class support to customers of a leading global technology brand, helping them navigate products and services with confidence. Whether it's a billing question or a technical issue, you'll be the calm, knowledgeable voice on the other end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound contacts from Polish-speaking customers
- Provide accurate, empathetic support via phone, email, or chat
- Document interactions and follow up as needed using internal tools
- Consistently meet quality, productivity, and satisfaction targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Polish speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (working language)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary x 14 months/year
- Training Completion Bonus: 150€
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 250€/month
- Salary increase after 12 months
- Relocation Bonus
RELOCATION PACKAGE
- Paid flight ticket to Greece (within the EU)

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Sunday | 09:00 – 21:00 (rotational shifts within this window)
LOCATION
Remote (Greece-based). Candidates must be EU citizens or hold a valid EU work permit.
