ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Handle inbound customer contacts in German via phone, email, and chat
— Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general airline-related enquiries
— Provide accurate information regarding schedules, policies, and services
— Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
— Follow established procedures, guidelines, and escalation protocols
— Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
— German at C2 level (native or near-native)
— English at C1 level
— Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
— Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
— Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
— EU documentation required
