We are looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a well-known Home Appliances project in Lisbon.

Your Responsibilities
- Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service
- Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and solution-oriented support
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- English level B2 or higher
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
- Comfortable working rotating schedules
- Positive team player with a proactive mindset
