Your Responsibilities

  • Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and solution-oriented support

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
