About the Role

Be the Dutch-speaking voice behind one of the world's most used travel platforms. On the Booking.com project, you'll support customers through calls and emails — resolving issues, logging everything properly, and keeping satisfaction levels high. What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers
  • Accurately logging all interactions in the customer service database
  • Resolving complaints and escalating following company policy
  • Troubleshooting using internal tools and support documentation
  • Consistently hitting SLA targets
  • Identifying recurring issues and flagging patterns

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Dutch (C2) — non-negotiable
  • English 
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings
