Be the Dutch-speaking voice behind one of the world's most used travel platforms. On the Booking.com project, you'll support customers through calls and emails — resolving issues, logging everything properly, and keeping satisfaction levels high. What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers
- Accurately logging all interactions in the customer service database
- Resolving complaints and escalating following company policy
- Troubleshooting using internal tools and support documentation
- Consistently hitting SLA targets
- Identifying recurring issues and flagging patterns
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C2) — non-negotiable
- English
- High School Diploma minimum
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Comfortable with rotating shifts including evenings
