Croatian Customer Support Specialist – Relocation to Athens + Bonus

Location: Athens, Greece

Contract: Permanent (40h/week – 8h/day, 5 days/week)

About the Role

Join a global travel platform and become part of an international team supporting customers worldwide.

As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will assist users with bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Work Model

  • On-site training in Athens (9 weeks)
  • After training: remote work may be considered based on performance and readiness
  • Employees relocating from abroad must work on-site for at least 3 months (unless already based in Greece with confirmed housing and internet)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support with reservations, cancellations, and booking changes
  • Assist with payment-related questions and issues
  • Provide clear and professional communication in Croatian and English
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Croatian: Fluency or C1 level
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full work rights
