ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support across a wide range of premium technology products and services. The role is 100% remote — no office, no relocation required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate, helpful, and friendly support for premium tech products and services
- Use internal systems to document and resolve cases efficiently
- Consistently deliver against quality and performance targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Dutch speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (working language)
- Excellent communication skills — empathetic, clear, and professional
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools; consumer tech experience is a plus
- A reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary x 14 months/year
- Training Completion Bonus: 300€
- Productivity Bonus: Up to 250€/month
WORKING HOURS
Monday to Sunday | 09:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts within this window)
