The company

You'll be joining a small, high-performance team managing over €65 million in annual ad spend across Google and native ad platforms for 40+ D2C brands. No bureaucracy, no slow decisions — what counts here is data, speed, and quality. The team is fully remote and laser-focused on one thing: ads that convert.

Your responsibilities

• Write high-converting advertorials and long-form sales copy for D2C health, beauty, and supplement products (target audience: 45+, sceptical, has been let down before — your job is to convince them)
• Develop winning angles by mining reviews, forums, support tickets, and ad data to uncover the real buying motive behind every purchase
• Work with in-house AI pipelines to generate first drafts, then refine them until they're indistinguishable from human writing — unedited AI output is never acceptable
• Read your own numbers and act on them: if an advertorial is underperforming on CTR or CVR, diagnose whether the hook, lead, or angle is the problem — and have an improved version live within 24 hours
• Deliver multiple test variants in parallel, fast, without sacrificing quality

What you bring

Must-haves:

• 2–3+ years of direct response or performance copywriting experience (agency or freelance)
• Native-level German (C2) — non-negotiable
• Solid command of DR fundamentals: hook, PAS, mechanism, proof, objection handling, CTA
• Ability to work independently, without micromanagement, and hit deadlines consistently
• Comfort with AI tools and the ability to elevate AI output to human-quality copy

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience writing advertorials for native ad platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
• Background in D2C niches: health, beauty, supplements
• Familiarity with the Google Ads ecosystem

Dealbreakers:

• Submitting unedited AI-generated copy
• Unable to demonstrate data-driven optimisation of past work
• Less than native-level German proficiency
