Customer Support Advisor (Slovenian Speaker) – Travel Industry

LOCATION: Barcelona, Spain

SCHEDULE: 38.5h/week 

WORKING HOURS: 09:00 – 20:00

CONTRACT: Temporary

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a leading global travel platform and become part of an international customer support team. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for travellers and accommodation partners worldwide.

You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and acting as a bridge between international travellers and accommodation providers—all while delivering an exceptional level of service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and efficient manner
— Support travellers and partners with bookings, payments, and technical questions
— Mediate between customers and accommodation providers to resolve issues
— Provide clear, accurate information while following internal processes
— Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

— Slovenian at C2 level and advanced English
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken)
— Comfortable using Office 365, CRM systems, and internal tools
— Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
— Positive attitude and resilience in handling challenging situations
— Goal-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities
— Interest in the travel or accommodation sector
— Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
