ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Ukrainian-speaking Translation & Language Support Specialist to join a multilingual international team, working fully remote from Portugal.

This role is ideal for language professionals who are passionate about translation, interpretation, and high-quality communication support. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and consistent language services for international clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate Ukrainian–English and English–Ukrainian translation and interpretation
• Handle inbound language support requests via written and verbal channels
• Ensure high levels of linguistic accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Follow client-specific guidelines, tone of voice, and style requirements
• Document all interactions and translations accurately
• Meet quality standards and turnaround time KPIs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent Ukrainian speaker
• Fluent English (C1 minimum, written and spoken)
• Strong writing skills in both Ukrainian and English
• Previous experience in translation or language services is a plus
• Reliable home working setup suitable for remote work
• Eligible to work in Portugal (EU ID, valid work authorisation, or refugee status accepted)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and consistent in delivering high-quality work
• Available to start on 27 March 2026
