About the Role

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for an exciting Cruise Line project. This role is ideal for Danish-speaking candidates who enjoy helping customers and want to work in an international and dynamic environment within the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to cruise bookings, services, and travel information
  • Handle customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (C1/C2 level)
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a structured way
  • Basic computer skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
