What You'll Be Doing
- Handle customer inquiries in German across phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and travel changes
- Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions
- Ensure a smooth travel experience by resolving issues efficiently
- Follow internal procedures and escalation processes when required
- Deliver high-quality service aligned with airline standards
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German (C2 level)
- Strong English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
- EU work authorization required
