What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle customer inquiries in German across phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Assist passengers with flight bookings, reservations, and travel changes
  • Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused solutions
  • Ensure a smooth travel experience by resolving issues efficiently
  • Follow internal procedures and escalation processes when required
  • Deliver high-quality service aligned with airline standards

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German (C2 level)
  • Strong English (C1 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
  • EU work authorization required
