We are looking for a Danish-speaking customer support professional who understands what outstanding customer service looks like and can confidently represent a world-leading premium automotive brand at the level it deserves. The ideal candidate values the quality of each interaction and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, accurate, and customer-focused support rather than focusing purely on contact volume.

This is a fully remote role based in Portugal, supporting Danish-speaking customers across the entire ownership journey — from initial pre-purchase inquiries through to full aftersales assistance.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish
  • Support vehicle owners with questions regarding features, connectivity, technology, and vehicle functionality
  • Assist with warranty-related questions, service bookings, and dealership referrals
  • Manage customer complaints with ownership, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach aligned with premium brand standards
  • Guide customers through both the purchase process and aftersales journey, ensuring a consistently high-end service experience

What we are looking for

  • Danish language level C1 or C2 (mandatory)
  • Currently based in Portugal (relocation is not provided for this role)
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to represent a premium automotive brand with confidence and care
  • Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not essential

You will be the voice of a premium automotive brand, where service expectations are high and every interaction matters. The role offers a structured weekday schedule (Monday to Friday only), with no weekend work and evenings always free.
