 Job Description:

You will join a Swiss telecommunications brand providing customer support for German-speaking clients in an inbound contact center environment.

Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in German
  • Support with billing, accounts, and product inquiries
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Escalate complex cases when required

Requirements

  • German C1/C2 level (mandatory)
  • English B2 or higher for internal communication
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (09:00–22:00)
  • Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
