German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor
Job Description:
You speak German fluently, you're good with people, and you want a role that actually pays you for it. This one does — a solid base, a billing bonus on top, and an uncapped sales bonus that puts top performers above €1,000 extra per month. Plus five weeks of fully paid training before you take a single call.
You'll represent a prestigious Swiss telecommunications brand, helping customers with their accounts, products, and billing — via inbound calls, from a modern office in Sofia. Relocation is supported.

What you'll do
- Handle inbound customer calls entirely in German
- Resolve questions on products, billing, and account administration
- Update and maintain records in internal systems
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed
What we need from you
- German at C1 or C2 level — non-negotiable, it's a fully German-speaking role
- English at B2 or above for internal communication
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is a plus — not a dealbreaker without it
Where this takes you
This project promotes from within. Team members have moved into Team Leader, Trainer, Sales Coach, and Subject Matter Expert roles. If you deliver, the path is there.
