We're looking for a Danish speaker who understands what great customer service looks like and can represent a world-leading automotive brand the way it deserves to be represented. Someone who takes pride in the quality of every interaction, not just the volume.

This is a fully remote role based in Portugal, supporting Danish-speaking customers across the full ownership journey — from pre-purchase questions to aftersales support. You'll be the voice of a premium automotive brand, which means the bar is high and the work is genuinely rewarding. Monday to Friday, evenings free, no weekend work.

What you'll do

  • Handle inbound contacts from customers via phone, email, and chat in Danish
  • Assist owners with questions about their vehicle, features, connectivity, and technology
  • Support customers with warranty queries, service bookings, and dealership referrals
  • Manage complaints with ownership and professionalism, ensuring resolution that reflects the brand's standards
  • Guide customers through the purchase and aftersales journey, delivering a consistently premium experience

What we need from you

  • Danish at C1 or C2 level
  • Currently residing in Portugal — relocation is not offered for this role
  • A customer-first mindset and the ability to represent a premium brand with confidence and care
  • Availability for rotative shifts, Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
