Languages: Italian (Fluent) + English (B2+)
Start Date: 28 May 2026
Contract Type: Full-time (40h/week)
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Saturday (07:00 – 19:00)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an exciting Home Appliances project in Lisbon.
In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers, helping them get the best experience from their products. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating with people, and working in an international environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Provide friendly and efficient support to Italian-speaking customers
- Assist with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and guidance
- Handle customer interactions عبر phone, email, and chat
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain high service quality
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Team player with a proactive attitude
