Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on driving new business and expanding client portfolios:

  • Identify and engage new B2B opportunities in the DACH market
  • Reach out to decision-makers via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Present and position Google Pay solutions to business clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly KPIs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) + English (B2 minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Proven background in one or more of the following:
    • SaaS / IT / Tech / Cloud sales
    • Digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Experience working with targets (KPIs) and performance metrics
  • Strong closing skills and outbound sales experience
  • Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset
