ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a driven Ads Sales Executive to join our client's team in Barcelona. In this position, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through digital advertising solutions, supporting Norwegian-speaking clients in achieving their marketing and business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
— Connect with Finnish-speaking clients to understand their business goals and advertising needs
— Design and implement effective sales strategies to promote Google Ads solutions
— Build trusted, long-term client relationships through consultative and value-based selling
— Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable, data-driven insights
— Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
— Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
— Stay informed about industry trends and updates within Google advertising products
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
— Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience)
— Native or near-native Finnish (C2 level) and strong command of English
— 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
— Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
— Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
— Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
— Results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
— Genuine interest in marketing, technology, and digital advertising, with a desire to learn and grow
