Dutch-speaking Sales Development Representative | Hybrid

LOCATION: Sofia, Bulgaria
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are hiring a Dutch-speaking SDR to support our sales pipeline growth. You will engage potential clients, qualify leads, and contribute to business development efforts in a fast-growing tech environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
— Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
— Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
— Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to account executives
— Accurately log all activities and client interactions in the CRM system
— Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
— Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
— Continuously refine sales approaches to improve conversion rates
REQUIREMENTS
— Fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level)
— At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (preferably in tech or digital advertising)
— Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and sales funnel management
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
— Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
— EU citizenship, refugee status, or a valid Bulgarian residence permit (minimum 1-year validity)
