German Airline Customer Support Advisor
Malta | On-site
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Rotational 8-hour shifts between 09:00 – 18:30
No weekend work
About the Role

Your Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Support passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Handle inquiries related to baggage, refunds, and travel documentation
- Assist with check-in and boarding issues to ensure hassle-free travel
- Provide guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Stay informed on airline updates, promotions, and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What We're Looking For
- German proficiency at C2 level
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid EU documentation required
