German Airline Customer Support Advisor 
Malta | On-site

 Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday | Rotational 8-hour shifts between 09:00 – 18:30
No weekend work

About the Role

Step into the world of international aviation by joining a German-speaking customer support team for a leading global airline. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in delivering smooth and professional support to passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Support passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Handle inquiries related to baggage, refunds, and travel documentation
  • Assist with check-in and boarding issues to ensure hassle-free travel
  • Provide guidance on travel policies, visa requirements, and airline regulations
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary, following internal procedures
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Stay informed on airline updates, promotions, and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

What We're Looking For

  • German proficiency at C2 level 
  • English proficiency at C1 level
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Valid EU documentation required
