About the Role

We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join a growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in cold calling and lead generation, particularly within the tech or digital advertising space.

You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving the early stages of the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling and digital channels
  • Identify and qualify potential leads
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage decision-makers and present relevant solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and leads

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
  • Strong understanding of business development and lead generation strategies
  • Experience in tech or digital advertising (highly preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
