Working Hours: Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00, with two rotating days off.

Contract Type: Permanent contract after a 3-month probation period

Compensation: Base salary paid over 14 months, plus a daily meal allowance of €7.63

Additional Benefits: €100 monthly complexity bonus. and a €1500 welcome bonus distributed over 12 monthly payments (extra 125€ a month)

Relocation Support: Shared accommodation provided for candidates relocating from outside Portugal (up to 12 months). 

About the Position

Join a Dutch-speaking customer support team working for one of the world's leading e-commerce and digital platforms, based in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, and services, combining platform knowledge with strong customer service skills. There are 4 openings available, starting on 30 April.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in Dutch via chat, email, and phone
• Assist customers with order, account, payment, and product-related issues
• Follow internal procedures and escalation guidelines
• Meet daily quality and productivity targets
• Manage higher contact volumes during peak and promotional periods
• Accurately log all customer interactions in internal systems

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in Dutch
• Good command of English
• Familiarity with e-commerce and online shopping platforms
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and solution-focused approach
• Valid documentation: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Work Visa Type D (valid or expired) with AIMA appointment, plus NIF
• NISS preferred (support can be provided if needed)
