Schedule: Rotating shifts (07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 – 19:00), Monday to Sunday

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service / Performance Specialist to join a dynamic project in Lisbon.
This role combines customer support, digital marketing, and performance analysis, supporting advertising and campaign-related operations on one of the world's leading digital platforms.
You will work in a fast-paced, international environment focused on ad performance, campaign optimisation, and client support.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support clients with advertising and campaign-related inquiries
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to improve campaign outcomes
- Assist with digital advertising operations and optimisation tasks
- Provide high-quality customer service in Italian and English
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
- Work within defined processes in a performance-driven environment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- Good English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- Experience in digital marketing or paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Knowledge of marketing analytics and KPIs
- Previous experience in a contact centre or advertising tech environment
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising tools
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WORK SCHEDULE
