About the Role:

We are currently looking for customer-focused and solution-driven professionals to join an international team supporting a leading project in the healthcare sector, specifically within diabetes medical devices. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to diabetes medical devices, including basic troubleshooting
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately document interactions and update internal systems
  • Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure full resolution
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring empathy and clarity in all communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve more complex cases

Profile & Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2)
  • Strong command of English (minimum C1)
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
  • Availability for rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Willingness to occasionally work night shifts

  • Monthly allowance: €150 (11 months)
