Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday | 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM (rotational shifts)

Work Model

  • Initial on-site training in Athens (9 weeks)
  • Possibility of remote work after training, depending on performance and readiness

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with bookings, cancellations, and reservation changes
  • Support customers with payment-related questions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Croatian and English
  • Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Croatian 
  • English proficiency at B2 level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
