ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Czech-speaking Customer Advisor, you will handle customer interactions on behalf of a leading global technology brand, ensuring every person you speak with leaves the conversation feeling heard, helped, and valued. You'll be part of a multilingual team delivering a legendary customer experience, remotely.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Respond to Czech-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email

- Troubleshoot product and service-related issues with accuracy and empathy

- Use internal systems to document and resolve customer cases

- Consistently meet performance and quality metrics

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Fluent Czech speaker (C2 level)

- Good command of English (working language)

- Clear, professional communication style

- Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude

- Available Monday to Friday — no weekend shifts required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base Salary 14 months/year

- Productivity Bonus: Up to 300€/month

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 19:00

Remote (Greece-based). Candidates must hold a valid EU work permit.
