About the Role

Join one of the world's most recognised travel platforms and be the voice that helps travellers sort things out — fast and well. As a Customer Advisor on the Booking.com project, you'll handle inbound queries from Croatian-speaking customers, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction is logged, resolved, and actually helpful.

This is a role for someone who's a natural problem-solver, communicates clearly, and doesn't panic when the queue gets long.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from Croatian-speaking customers
  • Logging all interactions accurately in the customer service database
  • Resolving complaints and escalating when needed, following company policy
  • Troubleshooting customer issues using internal tools and support documentation
  • Meeting SLA targets consistently
  • Flagging patterns and offering recommendations on recurring issues

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Croatian (C2) — non-negotiable
  • English 
  • High School Diploma minimum
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment

Contract

  • Permanent contract (on-site pathway)
