DANISH-SPEAKING BUSINESS DEVELOPER – INSURANCE

Malaga, Spain · On-Site · Full-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Developer for a leading Nordic insurance group, you will identify and develop new business opportunities across the Danish-speaking market. Through proactive outreach and relationship-building, you will connect potential clients with the right insurance solutions — playing a key role in expanding the company's presence in Denmark.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails

- Present insurance solutions tailored to the needs of Danish-speaking businesses and individuals

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, managing the full sales cycle through to closure

- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients

- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity KPIs

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system

REQUIREMENTS

- C2 level of Danish and B2+ level of English — written and spoken

- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role

- Confident communicator — comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach

- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet targets

- Knowledge of or interest in the insurance sector is a plus

- Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
