About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel team. This opportunity is ideal for Italian-speaking candidates with experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales development, particularly in tech or digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Communicate effectively with key decision-makers
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals
  • Ensure accurate tracking of all activities in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English (B2 or higher)
  • At least 2 years of experience in cold calling sales
  • Strong understanding of business development and lead qualification
  • Background in tech or digital advertising (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
