Danish Support Advisor for Automotive Sector - Remote

We are seeking a Danish-speaking customer service professional who understands what exceptional customer experience means and can represent a world-leading premium automotive brand to the highest standard. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering quality interactions rather than simply handling high volumes of contacts.

This is a fully remote position based in Portugal, supporting Danish-speaking customers throughout the entire ownership journey — from initial pre-sales inquiries to comprehensive aftersales support. You will act as the voice of a premium automotive brand, where service standards are high and the work is both meaningful and rewarding. The schedule is Monday to Friday only, with no weekend shifts and evenings free.

What you will do

  • Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat in Danish
  • Support vehicle owners with questions related to features, connectivity, technology, and general usage
  • Assist with warranty inquiries, service appointments, and dealership referrals
  • Manage customer complaints with ownership, professionalism, and a strong focus on resolution aligned with premium brand standards
  • Guide customers across both the purchase journey and aftersales experience, ensuring a consistently high-quality service interaction

What we are looking for

  • Danish language proficiency at C1 or C2 level (mandatory)
  • Current residence in Portugal (relocation is not provided for this position)
  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to represent a premium automotive brand with confidence, care, and professionalism
  • Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00
  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage but is not required
