We are looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon and provide an excellent customer experience to Spanish-speaking clients.

Your responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist customers with questions, requests and technical or product-related issues.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Handle and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Follow internal procedures and maintain accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
