Sales Development Representative – German Speaking | Remote

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, particularly within the tech or digital advertising sectors.

As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a high-quality sales pipeline. You will work closely with both sales and marketing teams, contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while being part of a collaborative and international work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

— Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting
— Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline
— Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to account executives
— Accurately log all activities and client interactions in the CRM system
— Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
— Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments
— Continuously refine sales approaches to improve conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS

— Fluency in German and English (minimum B2 level)
— At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales or cold calling (preferably in tech or digital advertising)
— Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, and sales funnel management
— Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
— Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
— EU citizenship, refugee status, or a valid Bulgarian residence permit (minimum 1-year validity)
