Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner for Italian and English-speaking clients, handling inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Diagnose, track, and resolve technical issues with meticulous attention to detail, following up until a complete solution is reached.
- Turn client frustration into long-term satisfaction, identifying opportunities to build deeper brand loyalty.
- Manage high-pressure scenarios calmly and effectively, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A quick thinker who catches details, tracks issues methodically, and stays focused under pressure.
- Communication & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and guide frustrated users with care.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital tools, modern CRM systems, and troubleshooting technical platforms.
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service is highly preferred. Experience or interest in sales/account growth is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Work Setup: Securely based anywhere in Portugal with a reliable home internet connection.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: paid over 14 months.
- Meal Allowance: €150 per month.
- Performance Bonus: Up to €225 per month (paid over 12 months).
