Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative – Industrial Solutions | Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE

Work remotely from Barcelona as part of a customer service team supporting Danish-speaking clients of a global industrial automation and technology company. You will be the first point of contact for technical and commercial enquiries — delivering accurate, professional support in a structured remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound enquiries from Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat — covering product information, orders, and account queries
  • Provide accurate and timely responses, escalating complex technical cases where required
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Consistently meet quality and productivity KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

  • C2 level of Danish and B2+ level of English — written and spoken
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and reliable — comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Previous experience in customer service is valued but not mandatory
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate to Barcelona (mandatory)
  • Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
