About the Role
We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the CAK project in Sofia. In this role, you will support customers in the Netherlands, assisting with inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations. Your Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based customer support to clients in Dutch
- Answer questions related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act
- Assist with inquiries such as outstanding balances, direct debits, and administrative changes
- Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
What We're Looking For
- Dutch Fluency
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training
- Paid training (1–2 weeks), depending on group size and progress
