About the Role

We are currently hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join the CAK project in Sofia. In this role, you will support customers in the Netherlands, assisting with inquiries related to social support and long-term care regulations. This is a great opportunity to build a stable career in an international environment with structured working hours.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide phone-based customer support to clients in Dutch
  • Answer questions related to the Social Support Act and Long-Term Care Act
  • Assist with inquiries such as outstanding balances, direct debits, and administrative changes
  • Ensure clear, accurate, and professional communication
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

What We're Looking For

  • Dutch Fluency
  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training

  • Paid training (1–2 weeks), depending on group size and progress
