About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join the LinkedIn Refuel project. This role is perfect for Spanish-speaking professionals with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and business development, especially within tech or digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound prospecting via cold calling and digital channels
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with decision-makers and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate data

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (B2 or higher)
  • Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
