As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve helping users with bookings, reservations, and general questions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
- Handle payment-related queries and issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch and English
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Dutch: Fluency or C1 level
- English: B2 level
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
