As a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist, your role will involve helping users with bookings, reservations, and general questions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey.

Work Model

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications
  • Handle payment-related queries and issues
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch and English
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Dutch: Fluency or C1 level
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused approach
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
