ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Russian-speaking Customer Delight Specialist to join an international, multilingual support team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will provide high-quality customer assistance and language support to small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients, ensuring they get the best possible experience with digital products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver excellent customer support to SMB clients via live chat, email, and phone
• Handle inbound and outbound communication to ensure timely issue resolution
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service digital products
• Guide clients on how to maximise product performance and platform usage
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer experience
• Work across a rotating shift schedule (including weekends and evenings)
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality across all interactions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
• Good English level (minimum B2)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday schedule)
• Ability to multitask across different communication channels
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
