About the Role
Join the Polish-speaking inbound customer care team in Porto, working for a major infrastructure and mobility services company. This is a structured, professional customer support role dealing with inbound queries in Polish. What You Will Do
- Handle inbound Polish-language customer queries via phone and digital channels
- Provide information, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary
- Follow structured scripts and compliance guidelines
- Meet daily KPIs including CSAT and quality scores
- • Document all customer interactions accurately
- Participate in team briefings and ongoing training
What We Are Looking For
- • Fluent Polish
- English B2
- • High school diploma (mandatory)
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable with an inbound call centre environment
- • EU ID or valid Portuguese residence permit
