Location: Braga, Portugal (remote)
Work Setup: Fully remote
Languages Required: Czech and English
Start Date: 7 May 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)
Contract Type: Permanent contract (standard conditions apply)
Compensation: Base salary over 14 months
Additional Benefits: €45 monthly complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)

About the Position
Join a Czech-speaking customer service team supporting automotive digital services. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services in the automotive sector, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in Czech via digital channels (such as phone, email, or chat)
- Assist customers with questions related to automotive digital services
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal processes and escalation procedures
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Czech
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Must already reside in Portugal
