Location: Braga, Portugal (remote)
Work Setup: Fully remote

Languages Required: Czech and English

Start Date: 7 May 2026

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (weekends off)

Contract Type: Permanent contract (standard conditions apply)

Compensation: Base salary over 14 months

Additional Benefits: €45 monthly complexity bonus (paid over 11 months)

Relocation: Not provided. 

About the Position

Join a Czech-speaking customer service team supporting automotive digital services. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services in the automotive sector, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support in Czech via digital channels (such as phone, email, or chat)
  • Assist customers with questions related to automotive digital services
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Follow internal processes and escalation procedures
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems

Candidate Profile

  • Fluency in Czech
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience is an advantage
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Must already reside in Portugal
