Our client, a leading international advisory company specializing in global mobility and private wealth strategies, is seeking a Global Sales Manager to join their dynamic, high-performing team.

The Role

As Global Sales Manager , you will drive international client acquisition and growth by engaging directly with affluent entrepreneurs and investors seeking to expand their global footprint.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Managing and converting qualified inbound leads from around the world.
  • Building trusted relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, understanding their goals and guiding them through tailored solutions.
  • Leading consultative sales conversations and delivering exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborating with marketing and advisory teams to refine the client journey and maximize conversion.
  • Tracking performance metrics and contributing to continuous process improvement.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client advisory.
  • Proven ability to communicate and close effectively with sophisticated, international clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Energy, confidence, and a proactive attitude a true go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with HNW / UHNW clients or in financial services, wealth management, or consulting is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working fully remotely within a global team.
